Personal Background
Alan Riddick is recognised as a leading Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies for all occasions having acted as such since 1984. As a former Police Officer, Skydiving Instructor and Hotelier Alan is well qualified as a Toastmaster with the experience from these earlier callings - he is also a graduate of the UK School of Professional Toastmasters. He is approachable and understanding, with the ability 'to think on his feet'. His style demonstrates that by the use of tact, good humour most situations can be happily accommodated, from calming a nervous Bride or Bridegroom to supporting 'Captains of Industry', Senior Politicians and Celebrities.
